He was around in earlier Dynasties, but seems to have been scythed from the weblog members list, and everything else. ("Any Families who were idle throughout that Dynasty may be removed from the game, at the Duke's discretion" was compulsory in much earlier Dynasties, I suppose.)

So he comes back as a new player, and gets 100 of whatever the new game-currency is. Hello again.
