Proposal : Market Day

[ Although the exchange of farm produce can be taxed, there isn't actually any way for Farmers to give Sheep or Corn to one another, under the current ruleset... ]

To Rule 26 (Farming), add the paragraph:-

On Market Day (currently Wednesday), any Farmer may give any amount of their Sheep or Corn to another Farmer.

And, for clarity, replace "Buy or sell a number of Sheep or an amount of Corn" with "Buy or sell a number of Sheep or an amount of Corn (from or to the Government)".
