Since "it is never mandatory for any Sorcerer to take part in the contest" (rule 20) I am declaring myself a non-participant in the current contest, since it would be really lame for me to accidentally win. And I don't want another dynasty right now, in any case.

Quorum goes to 8.

(I won't bother to update the GNDT, since it really doesn't matter at this point.)
