Proposal : Step Into My Office [Trivial]

Enact a new Rule, "Reprimanding":-

A Teamsperson may choose to loudly Reprimand another Teamsperson who has a lower Dignity, by making appropriate changes to the GNDT - the Reprimanded Teamsperson loses 10 Dignity through shame, and the Reprimander also loses 10 Dignity for betraying their calm exterior (or only 5 Dignity, if they're both in the same Department).

A Teamsperson may only make one Reprimand per day.
