Replace the sentence of Rule 18 - Qualities that reads

The description of each TOS is considered part of the descriptive text of each TOS, and thus can affect gamestate or restrict that particular TOS in the same way.

with

The description of each Quality is considered part of the descriptive text of any TOS with that Quality, and thus can affect gamestate or restrict that particular TOS in the same way.

Add the following Quality to the list in Rule 18 - Qualities:

• Boon.
  No Teamsperson may claim this TOS unless otherwise stated in its descriptive text.

Change the description of TWT in Rule 14 - Office Equipment to read

• TWT. Cost: 0
  [Unique, Boon]
  At any time on a Friday, the District Manager may remove the TWT from a Teamsperson's Stuff (if that Teamsperson has the TWT). If the TWT is removed from a Teamsperson's Stuff through any means, that Teamsperson loses 50 Dignity. At any time on a Friday, the District Manager may add the TWT to any Teamsperson's Stuff (if no other Teamsperson possesses the TWT) and raise that Teamsperson's Dignity by 50.
