Proposal: I Spit On Your Round Numbers.

Enact a new rule, entitled "Zombies" with the following text:

Each Horde has an amount of Zombies. A Horde may not have fewer than 0 Zombies.

New Hordes begin the game with 34 Zombies.

Upon enactment of this proposal, each Horde is given 34 Zombies.
