Proposal: Haiku are Yummy
Add the following rule:

A muffin may, when casting a vote, comment in the form of a haiku. Immediately after doing so, the muffin may cause itself to fall one position downward. A muffin may only fall in this fashion once per 24 hour period, though they may compose additional haiku.
