Proposal: It Would Appear That We Still Have Stuff

remove from rule 3 the following:

Stuffs is normalized at the beginning of each new dynasty. If a Muffin's Stuffs was higher than 125 before the Ascension of the new GRAND POOBAH, it drops to 125. If it was lower than 75 before the Ascension, it rises to 75. If it was between 125 and 75, it retains its value for the new dynasty.

renumber rule 3 to rule 11

remove the following from rule 1:

Stuffs totals, or

In rule 6 move:

Whenever an Admin Enacts or Fails a Proposal that has been pending for more than 48 hours, he/she has the option of deducting 5 Stuffs from the accounts of all active Muffins who did not vote on the Proposal. This deduction cannot take place if a proposal has been vetoed or self failed.

to the end of rule 11

in rule 9 change:

Muffins may submit Dynasty Records to the GRAND POOBAH - the GRAND POOBAH may award the submitter 20 Stuffs for any Records it uses.

to:

Muffins may submit Dynasty Records to the GRAND POOBAH - the GRAND POOBAH may reward the submitter at his/her discretion, but must be approved of by a one-half of quorum FOR votes, rounded down.

remove the following from rule 10:

"Stuffs"
