Proposal: Turquoise is "In" [Trivial]

This is intended to fix the loophole I exploited today, soaring from 77 to 200 dignity in a few moves:

In Document-Pushing, when describing Turquoise behavior, replace:

Any Document with Turquoise as one of its multiple colours may be (but does not have to be) split into a number of Documents equal to the number of colours the original Document has, each carrying one of the original Document's colours.

Rumour about Ornithopter

You've probably all heard the Rumour that "Ornithopter is responsible for the strange smell behind the big filing cabinet", by now. The cleaners say they're going to have to replace ten of the carpet tiles, and it should be all cleared by the weekend.

(This Rumour has been encoded in the GNDT as OrnithopterSmell, and it has no specific effects.)

Proposal: Chain of Command

Add a new rule, Bloodless Coup:

Whenever a Teamsperson Claims Credit for a paper which consists of only two or more Silver pages (henceforth refered to as a Landmark Brief), they may claim victory.

If a Teamsperson ever becomes the subject of the Active Gossip while a Landmark Brief is in their outbox, it is immediately delegated to the Teamsperson with the next lowest Dignity. They may not claim credit for it.
