Proposal: Some Laws are Higher Than Any of Us [Law]

Amend the first paragraph of Law and the Mob ("All Rules are either Law Rules or Mob Rules, and all Proposals are either Law Proposals or Mob Proposals - they should have either word in brackets after their titles. If no such signifier is specified, they default to 'Law'") to read:

All Rules are either Law Rules, Mob Rules, or Universal Rules; and all Proposals are either Law Proposals, Mob Proposals, or Universal Proposals. All Proposals must have the corresponding word in brackets after their titles; if they do not, they are out of order and not considered true Proposals.

Then amend all rules as follows:

When this Proposal is passed, all Rules become Universal Rules, with the following exceptions. "The Don" becomes a Mob Rule. "Arrest," if it exists, becomes a Law Rule. "Eighteenth Amendment," if it exists, becomes a Law Rule. "Dismissed," if it exists, becomes a Law Rule.
