Notice: Enacting Rewards

I've admined these Proposals:

• The Center cannot Hold


• Zeroing Powers


• No Wimping Out

The summary of the Rep Reward is:

Every member of Activity gained a net 4 Rep (+2 for each of my passed proposals, -2 for the failed one)
Every member of Entrpy, except Simon and Orson gained a net 1 Rep for the passing of "The Center..."
Simon and Orson gained 2 Rep for that Proposal
I Gained a net of 13, Being 10 for the Admining work, 6 for the passed Trivials and -3 for the failed one.

Later today, I'll Admin the penalty for not voting in the timed-out proposals.
