Proposal: Add new Sharks at a random distance from the shoreline

Let k be the number of sharks indicated (currently in Rule 18) as the number of new Sharks created two days after a Shark is Harpooned.

In Rule 18, replace

If any Shark is struck by the harpoon its blood causes a feeding frenzy. 2 days after a shark is struck by a harpoon, k new Sharks appear at Yard 100.


with

If any Shark is struck by the harpoon its blood causes a feeding frenzy. 2 days after a shark is struck by a harpoon, k new Sharks appear at Yard DICE3X, where X is the maximum of the Yards of all Gremmies.


If all the Sharks are parked at Yard 100 and someone has to take a turn to move them, then as the number of sharks increase I predict we'll see only a few of them at a time in play. This change would make things a little more lively. I am amenable to changing the mechanism for determining the value of X, but I'd like to see the Sharks introduced randomly, as opposed to set at some fixed distance.
