Call For Judgment
We should extend the voting period of the pending proposals to compensate for the lack of access while Backblog was down.
If this Call for Judgment passes then any pending proposals are given 48 hours from the time of the resolution of the current Declaration of Victory, before they can be enacted or failed using the 'vote majority' method used in the case of a shortfall of votes. Other resolution methods, such as reaching quorum or self-failing, may still be used to enact or fail as normal.
5 Votes FOR, 4 AGAINST. Times out after four days, comes into effect at 02:39 the 31st of July. Unfortunately, the DoV was resolved on the 25th, so this is way outta date. I'm going to interpret this as to having no effect. If someone disagrees, let me know--Excalabur .
