Proposal: Racism Buster (GameBoard)

In the first bullet of the rule "The Game Board", change the word "non-white" to "unowned."

[This wording change snuck through when the proposal "Pointlessness" passed to change buying squares into relinquishing squares. The purpose of it was to make less rich players able to afford rich players' squares. This should not apply to colored squares left over by players who have left the game. (Don.)]
