I propose to re-propose my last proposal. >^-^<

Proposal: Quickly Multiplying Jackpot

I propose to amend Rule 17 by suggesting that all points that are fined from Players, and not just points lost due to non-vote on proposals, are collected into the BlogNomic Lottery jackpot.

[This is mostly because there are so few of us, and the quorum is so low, that it will be hard for any points at all to go into the jackpot by the end of the month.]

Replace:

"All players who lose points due to not voting on proposals shall forfeit their points to the BlogNomic Lottery."

With:

"All Players who are fined points shall forfeit those points to the BlogNomic Lottery."

Also, I propose that a mandatory 5 points shall start off the jackpot every month, instead of zero points.

Begin Rule 17, paragraph 3, with:

"Each month's jackpot shall begin at five points."
