Proposal: Ministry of Peace

[ Unifying the currently scattered concept of war, so that enemy weblogs and enemy nomics are treated equally... ]

In Rule 26 (War):-

Remove "in a response to a post on the target weblog, or if that is not possible, in an email message to the keeper of the weblog".

Replace "weblog" with "Nation".

Remove the first paragraph, and replace it with:-

BlogNomic recognises other Nations within the universe. A Nation may either be another game of nomic, or another weblog.

Remove the quote marks around the second to fourth paragraphs.

Rename the rule to "Ministry of Peace".
