Proposal: New terminology

I think that the robot theme is a good one, so I propose that we need some terminology changes.

Throughout the Ruleset, GNDT and greater Blognomic area replace as follows:

• Replace "Citizen" with "Robot"
• Replace "Credit" with "Power Unit"
• Replace "Emperor" with "Control Unit"
• Replace "IMPERIAL" with "DEFERENTIAL"
