In Rule 11, replace "a size (small, medium or large)" with:-

a size (small, medium, large, XL, XXL or XXXL - these correspond to the numbers 1 through 6, when being added or compared)

In Rule 15, replace "Each Planet may only have one of each type of infrastructure on it." with:-

A Planet's may have one Infrastructure for each of its Size levels (a small Planet may have one Infrastructure, a medium may have two, and so forth).
