What shall we do about the budget?

With the passage of Proposal: Allocations, the old budget preferences are insignificant. The way I see it, we can either collect on the budget that is ahead in the votes (D:20, W:20, R:30, I:30, by a good-sized margin) or we can just scrap the old budget proposals and preferences and start fresh (i.e. "Remove all players choices for budget preferences, and allow each player to alter their preferences once.")

We still have a few more days before I planned to make the voting tally official. I'm inclined to go with what we've got for this week, with everyone changing their preferences as they collect on the final budget. Any thoughts, or possible alternatives?
