Proposal : Hop To

With the Computer out of commission, the air scrubbers on the Ship have stopped working. And with the Crew Members constantly panting in fear, it's getting a little harder to breathe...

Add a new Rule, Air Pollution:
The Crew must move about at regular intervals in order to circulate fresh air. If at any time a Crew Member occupies the same Location he or she occupied 48 hours ago (ie if he or she has not moved, or if he or she moved and immediately returned), that Crew Member is a Camper. Any other Crew Member may deduct 5 * X Health from a Camper, where X is the number of Crew Members in the same Location as the Camper. Once a Camper has had his or her Health reduced in this way, he or she may not be considered a Camper again for 24 hours, after which his or her Camper status may be re-evaluated.

For example, if Crew Member Gamma has been in the Bridge for 37 hours, and Crew Members Delta and Iota move to the Bridge, none of them are considered Campers. If none of these Crew Members move for another 12 hours, any Crew Member may fine Gamma 15 Health. After this fine, no Crew Member may fine Gamma for 24 hours. If, after those 24 hours are up, Gamma has still not moved--or has moved to another Location, then back to the Bridge--any Crew Member may fine Gamma 15 Health again.

No Crew Member may be considered a Camper for 24 hours after "Proposal: Hop To" passes.
