Proposal : Immunity

In the interest of someone not declairing victory, due to the fact that everyone could technically be declaired idle for not having voted in the last week, I propose the following
 
Add nothing to the ruleset
 
(Note that I could just declair you all idle, and win thedynasty, but being as how 1) im a nice guy, and 2) im not an admin.. Ill avoid that step.  So, Vote on this, so you dont get idle-killed. 
  
  This proposal was illegal because it didn't "propose a change to the Mission Statement or gamestate ". But it would have failed anyway.
