Proposal: Tribute, not Tax [Trivial]

This is a very trivial proposal, but I prefer the word "Tribute" to "Tax" for this Dynasty.

When this Proposal is Enacted, change the text "Taxing [Create/Repeal] [Title]" to "[Create/Repeal] Tribute [Title]", and change all instances of the word "Tax" or "Taxes" with "Tribute" in the rule Taxes.

Override all Reputation gains for the passing of this Proposal and give instead this award: the Admin who Enacted this Proposal may claim 1 Reputation.
