Proposal: Decor [Trivial]

The Parliament building is a bit spare so I have commissioned a set of stately portraits made of each Lord and a dramatic bronze for the foyer, depicting the legendary Genghis Knightkhing grinding fallen enemies beneath his heel, to commemorate our nation's roots.

Add 10 to the Confidence of each Lord with less than 50 Confidence.
