Admin notice: Voting

I'd like to ask the hordes to be kind when voting and avoid voting twice on the same proposal, as that makes difficult for an Admin to count the votes. It'd be nice also if everyone changing vote clearly signal that (saying "COV" in the same comment as the new Vote is enough).
