Give that Human a Spine!

I know it is more of a zombie-versus-zombie game right now, but Humans should have been steadily gaining courage for failed proposals. I just went ahead and pushed it up one point, even though I think it might be due a couple. Also, since more than half of us are Rampaging, the Humans get +1. C'mon, show those Humans a little respect!
