Proposal: The Taste of Clarity

Add a subsection to to the Glossary called "Typographic Conventions" and add to it this item:

* Italicized text is not considered part of the ruleset and may be used to clarify rules with examples, notes and flavor text.

If there is any italicized text in the ruleset when this proposal passes, revert it to normal text styling, before adding this entry.

[If the rule text is separated from the flavor text, that may help clarify things. In the interest of further improving rule text wording, I have started a page in the wiki devoted to guidelines of how to phrase rule text, where I hope we will document our collective wisdom.]
