As Quazie is a certifiable ‘little engine that could’ and is currently the smallest un Ben-ified Horde (read as – Quazie has not YET been dominated by Ben) and this dynasty seems to be nearing an end.

IF at the time of the passing of this proposal Quazie still holds his own Allegiance then he may declare victory.
