Bad Timing

I'm going idle. Seems I picked a poor time to declare victory; stuff's piling up, and I'm gonna have to work like crazy if I'm gonna make it to April. I know there's a couple of imperial-only clauses stuck in the ruleset, but I see things are starting to pick up again, so I'm not too worried. Might come back in a while if I catch a break.
