Proposal : Meritocracy

[ An obvious and simpler alternative to the whole "crown" thing, if Skill is the focus of the game. ]

Repeal Rule 14 (Equipment).

Rename Rule 11 (Victory) to "Skill", and move the last two paragraphs of Rule 10 to the start of Rule 11.

Add the following text to Rule 11, after the second paragraph:-

If a single Gremmie has a higher Skill than every other Gremmie, then that Gremmie is King of the Beach. If no single Gremmie has the highest Skill, then there is no King of the Beach.
