With eir vote, a Gremmie may name a Gremmie who they think is a Obnoxious Git. The sentence "X is an Obnoxious Git" is appended to the end of rule 15 where X is the name of the Gremmie who was named the most that way. If a Gremmie named multiple Gremmies or the same Gremmie multiple timea then only the last naming shall count.

If anyone wants to append this onto a normal proposal feel free to do so.
