Kevan.org Instability

Just a message to warn everyone that kevan.org is in the process of being moved to a new server, and might get a bit flaky, with both the old and the new being visible; the GNDT and Ruleset on the new server are archived copies from earlier in the month, so if the copies anyone can see are out of date, that's why. I'll get them synched up later tonight, and everyone should just be seeing the new server by the end of the weekend.

Hopefully this won't impact anything too much during the Hiatus; if the victory's contested, though, you might have to wait for a bit until the GNDT becomes stable again.
