If the countdown timer is at T=2 or less, then the Computer may not perform any actions apart from actions allowed by the Core rules, actions related to opening and closing Sequences, and actions for the Fungus from Yuggoth. Computer access for Crewmember Queries is suspended, as if an "ACCESS DENIED" post had been made (from rule 14).

[The Computer has had extensive power in this dynasty and I'd like to constrain it for the final endgame.]
