Proposal: Public Service

I feel I should give back to this game.. I've not been around for very long, but I want to help out.

Upon passage of this proposal, The Excalabur's name is changed to Excalabur, and he becomes an admin.

To make this Game State Neutral: Upon passage of this proposal, if The Excalabur is the Treehugger, he loses 10 influence. (I get 10 if this passes, this evens it out.)

I feel silly reffering to myself in the third person. I refuse to refer to myself using Spivak.
