Enact a new Rule: "PostNum-Contest":

Of all active BlogNomic players, the one who incurs the greatest number of successfully enacted non-trivial proposals in a weeks time from Sunday 00:00:00 to Saturday 23:59:59 shall be awarded an amount of credits equal to one-half of the standard amount (10 credits/prop) obtained from the successful proposals.
Example week:
Player A successfully enacts 3 non-trivial proposals (3x10cr)=30cr
Player B successfully enacts 2 non-trivial proposals (2x10cr)=20cr
Player A would thus earn a 15-credit bonus at the end of the week.
If two players pass the same number of proposals, the single bonus amount is split between the two.
