Call for Judgement

During the previous week, Damanor, as Speaker should have tallied the votes, and announced the current Universal Budget Plan, according to rule 18. Proposal: Allocations was passed after last week, and has no bearing on the case. Since he did not, I propose that there be no Universal budget for that week; no Representative should be taxed, nor collect returns. The votes on budget proposals should be ignored, and the Speaker should post a list of 2 proposed budgets that he has received this week as soon as possible.

Dec. 11 - Damanor. It seems to have passed (Can a CFJ time out?); I plan to post possible budgets tomorrow evening, unless I only have one to post.
