Proposal: Green Stuff #2 (Trivial)

If 'Green Stuff' is enacted add the following phrase:

This is tracked in the GNDT by adding a '*' next to the star craft being affected. [ex: Fighter*(number)] Once the star craft are destroyed/traded the boost to the Oortnot is then elminated.
