Civic duties

Before I go to bed, I'd like to point out that I timed out seven unresolved Proposals this evening. One passed 6-0, one on which few can claim to have been waiting for changes to be made; I docked nonvoters 5 Morale apiece. Several more proposals are headed for timeouts in the next 12 to 24 hours, some with no votes logged yet. Just thought you guys should know.

Oh, and speaking of voting, all three Ships are amid elections for Captain! Make your voice heard before it's too late! Oh, and if people would like to spread themselves out a little so the Odyssey doesn't sink under all the weight, that might be good too.
