Interregnum

I'm still rehearsing my ascension address, but before I give it, let me unofficially resolve the last Dynasty's final Emergency. I commend Axiallus' Starwraith for the successful (and quite stylish) resolution of the Dam Econuts portion of the emergency, and the Nebulizer for his evil solution to the Day of the Stinky Dead portion.

Technically I don't have the power to resolve Emergencies, since we're in Hiatus and the Emergency rule will disappear when I make my address, but who's gonna stop me? Besides, you guys deserve props. Congratulations!
