Declaration of Victory on Behalf of Royce

I declare that Royce has won this dynasty and that he should ascend according to rule 10, on account of me being bored too. I suggest that Royce be the individual to ascend because he is not a boring person and has demonstrated an active imagination in the other dynasties in which I have participated with him.
