Proposal: Alternate Solution to Depression (trivial)

Add to the rule entitled Depression:

If a Mariner who has Depression proposes a non-trivial proposal and that proposal passes (without being declared trivial in voting), he/she may remove the ailment Depression from him/herself within 24 hours of the proposal's passing.

Here, now you don't have to feast; you just have to be useful ;)
