Proposal: Polly wants a cracker[trivial]

Add the following new upgrade to the upgrades list:

Parrot 10 supplies: During the first lacuna, the captain must designate a mariner to be the owner of the parrot. The owner of the parrot immediately gains 5 morale.
If this ship is attacked or when a mutiny occurs, or this mariner receives the imprisoned ailment, the parrot flies away and is lost. When a parrot is lost, the owner loses 15 morale. The owner of a parrot may give the parrot a name. Once per lacuna the owner of the parrot may make a GNDT or blog comment of "XXX wants a cracker", where xxx is replaced by the name of the parrot. All mariners on board of this ship then receive 2 morale.
