Proposal: Critically Ill

In the rule ailments add the following line:

Sometimes mariners get so critically close to death that they fail to see straigth and are caught in a twilight world between life and death. When a mariner has at any time 5 or more ailments, at least one of them being depression, turned into a pig or enraptured, that mariner's morale is reduced to 0 and converts to the god 'chthulhu' with the morale effects described in the rule 'gods' (but without the seven day waiting period).
