[ It seems odd for people to starve painfully if they're still carrying food around in their pockets. ]

In Rule 11 (Food), replace "any Crew Member may lower their Health by 10" with:-

any Crew Member may force them to eat one unit of their own food, or (if they have no food left) lower their Health by 10
