Proposal: Remember Computers? [Trivial]

Ever since the Support Department was eliminated, the procedures for acquiring a new PC have been so unclear that as far as I know, nobody has yet successfully asked for one. Some of us recent arrivals have never even seen a PC. This has caused an unfortunate drop in company productivity, so I'd like to propose that, until a more sensible system can be devised, requests for a new PC just be sent directly to the boss.

In Rule 14, change the entry for 'PC' to read,

• PC. Any member of the Admin Department may bestow a PC upon a Teamsperson who has requested one, and who has a Desk, at any time.
