14. Victory Conditions
And, under it, this ruling:
If a Teamsperson has at least 50 Dignity more than any other Teamsperson, he or she may post a Declaration of Victory, as ruled by item 10 of the Gamestate. For the purpose of this paragraph, the District Manager shall not be considered a Teamsperson.
