• change the following in rule 7:

If two or more Hordes actively disagree as to the interpretation of the Ruleset, or if a Horde feels that an aspect of the game needs urgent attention, then any Horde may raise a Call for Judgment by posting an entry which begins with the paragraph "Call for Judgment" in bold text, and goes on to describe the issue, and measures that should be taken to resolve it.

• The admin that enacts this proposal will then add an account to blogger that is to be used exclusively for CFJs and make public its password.

• Any and all praise, applause, criticism, and cross-eyed glares that Aaron would or will get for this proposal shall instead be immediately redirected to Simon.
