Proposal: Causality Ward

[ As demonstrated rather unexcitingly, it's possible for a wave-catching Gremmie to perform other game actions before attempting a Stunt, which seems a bit counter-intuitive and broken. ]

Reword the effects of Surfing a Wave to:-

those who have a Surfing Stance, are able to catch the wave - they are automatically moved to the lowest roll and may attempt a Stunt as their next GNDT action (within 24 hours). This Stunt has a Coolness Factor equal to one tenth (rounded up) of the distance that the wave moved them.
