We can't enter non-euclidean space while the Fungi from Yuggoth are on board or the'll infest nearby colonies! Thus, add the following text to rule 29:
If T = 0 when this CFJ is enacted, then T is set to 1 and all Declarations of Victory are considered illegal, have no effect, the hiatus it caused ends, and the Dynasty continues.

T will not decriment if the Fungi for Yuggoth are not Dead.
