Greenpeace stands for things not changing, dammit. We will protest the defacation of the environment, or failing that, the rules!!

The Treehugger may change eir influence by 5 points whenever the Ruleset is amended.
The Treehugger may change by 5 points the influence of anyone whose post to the blog causes a change to the ruleset.
The Treehugger's votes AGAINST a proposal count as two votes
