Hostile Takeover = Joint Control

I re-read the Hostile Takeover rule yet again. It does not state that the an Illuminatus returning from idle loses control of the Organisation that was the target of a Hostile Takeover. It looks like the two Illuminati now share control.

Also, the rule says that the Illuminatus returning from idle is added to the Official List of the organisation (as are the other bidders). Since the Official List is obsolete terminology, which has been mostly replaced by Supporter List in the ruleset, this is fairly useless - although this data will linger in the gamestate like an appendix.

It's obvious that rule needs an update, but I am out of Proposal slots at the moment, and besides, I find the resulting entanglements entertaining.
